I had an ENT related surgery, Dr. Ricardo Persaud is really really good and absolutely brilliant who was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Seriously I can't say enough good things about him. My owernight stay in ward-3 was veryhelpful, kind and polite, they were quick to respond to my needs without giving me a chance to complain. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

"Dr. Ricardo is nothing less than amazing. He saved my sanity and possibly my life. After months and months of recurrent sinus infections and a long unpleasant journey with acute facial pain & headaches I had almost given up hope. I had nothing but health problems that were escalating from bad to worse, rather quickly. The pain was unbearable. I needed answers and explanations that I wasn't getting from my previous doctors. I saw Dr. Ricardo and he was able to answer my questions and look into what was the underlying cause of my problems. It took him less than 10 minutes to figure out the root of my problems were dental! He referred me to a Maxillofacial Surgeon and made sure I was seen by him immediately. Something all the other Drs I visited couldn’t figure out! His diagnostic skills are nothing short of outstanding The attention to detail and care he offered was exemplary. I want to thank Dr. Ricardo from my heart for his efforts dedicated during my son's treatment. My son had big adenoid and had struggled with because it's for a long period. Before the successful surgery conducted by Dr. Ricardo, my son was not able to have a sound sleep. He used to wake up two or three times a night. He used to have lots of cold &flu. He had issues with hearing. After the surgery we noticed a lot of positive changes in my son's sleep and health.

I was having a hearing problem which came from nowhere when I get married. It really make me imparised and I couldn't communicate with the people easily which make some people to get me wrong when I avoid going in puplic or any family gathering. I am happy to write this testimonial for Dr. Ricardo Persaud. I am very thankful to him and his team. Last Ramadan was easy for me for the first time in many years. I am a 61-year old who suffered from toxic goiter for 40 years, but avoided surgery because of my fear of going under a knife. In my first visit, I felt that I could trust Dr. Ricardo. He was calm and honest. He explained in detail treatment options, duration and costs. Dr. Ricardo is a good listener and very responsive to patients’ concerns. He performed a partial thyroidectomy on me in the spring of 2016 at Al Zahra hospital in Sharjah. Dr. Ricardo is a competent surgeon, and his team is great. My surgery went smoothly with minimal discomfort for me. I was discharged from the hospital the next day and was able to resume my normal life within a week after the surgery. The scar from the surgery has almost gone after 5 months.

Last month , I decided to have my nose fixed after years and years of having breathing problems and finaly I have decided to see Dr. Recardo Persaud - who is a fully trained British ENT Head & Neck Surgeon with Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Otolaryngology, UK.- for consultation and after a thorough examination and needed tests, he recommended me to go for a septoplasty as well as rhinoplasty ( since I disclosed to him that I was unhappy with the shape of my nose). He also highly recommended to see Dr. Juratli - who is an ENT Primary, Revision and Reconstructive Rhinoplasty & Septoplasty specialist- to discuss details related to the rhinoplasty procedure. Dr. Juratli was attentive, obviously intelligent and seemed to really care that I get the nose I want. He took professional 3D pictures for my face and I was able to see the expected results of my new nose before doing the surgery which made me excited to go for it . The procedure was scheduled with both Dr. Recardo and Dr. Juratli a week from my first visit.. On 29 September 2016 I had the surgery done successfully 🖒 All in all, it was one of the most comfortable 3 hours of my life. Was it worth it? Yes it was! Recovery was easy and it was uneventful. 24 hours after the surgery, my face puffed up and there were NO ugly blue, black and yellow bruises at all as i expected which was amazing !! I wasn't really worried, both Dr. Recardo and Dr. Juratli briefed me on what to expect after the operation and how to care of my self when I go home, I took the antibiotics on time, cleaned the incision sites thoroughly and applied the cream as often as I was told. Dr. Recardo asked me to go back for checkup 2 days after surgery. He praised me for having kept the incision sites clean. Stitches were removed 7 days after. It didn't hurt and it took only a few minutes. When I went home, my face was still a bit swollen .. But whenever I took pictures of my nose and compared it to my before photos, I knew I did the right thing. My family noticed the change right after I came home and many of my friends complemented me on my new look. Only those very close to me knew exactly what changed, the rest just thought I looked prettier even beautiful The procedure changed my facial expression completely, and the best of all is it looks very natural although it represents a huge change. I'm 200% satisfied with the results. Doctors Recardo and Juratli are the best .
