In addition to his private practice, Dr. Ricardo pursues another passion in teaching where he lectures and conducts examination revision courses for Junior and Senior ENT Surgeons in the UK, Middle East and Asia as the founder and director of ENTTZAR Ltd - a highly successful UK-based post graduate teaching company (www.enttzar.co.uk).

Dr. Ricardo also participates in courses and lectures, and holds memberships in national and local medical societies. With over 100 publications under his name, Dr Ricardo also authored 7 ENT books, 3 ENT chapters, evidence-based reviews and national audits on standards in ENT practice and as a reviewer for multiple journals and textbooks.

Dr. Ricardo is devoted to professional career development in the field of Otolarynology as he enjoys his practice in the United Arab Emirates.
